About 7 hundred students are scheduled to participate in Angelo State University s fall commencement ceremonies on Saturday, (Dec.14) in the Junell Center/Stephens Arena. Santa Rita Fire
Late Sunday night around 11 pm a fire was reported from a two story home on South Jefferson Street. Firefighters found smoke coming from out of the front and the roof area of the home and as they fought the fire, they were trying to keep it from spreading to a nearby structure. No word on any injuries.
