Restaurants Owner Sentenced
Reports say a sentence was handed down Wednesday for a local Restauranteur after he pleaded guilty in federal court to tax fraud. 52 year old Ai Shu Cheng was sentenced to 3 years in prison and order to pay more than 1 point 7 million dollars in restitution to the IRS. He is the owner of the Bonsai Garden and China Garden restaurants here. He pled to filing false income tax returns.
