Historic Downtown San Angelo Building Hits Market for $1.5 Million

A longtime downtown San Angelo landmark is now officially on the market. The former Myers Drug building at 29 South Chadbourne Street has been listed for 1.5 million dollars. The property includes more than 18‑thousand square feet, parking lots, and potential development options. Myers Drug moved operations to the Food King location on South Main Street last year after the business was sold. The pharmacy now operates under the name Food King Pharmacy. Realtors say the site offers redevelopment potential in the downtown core.
