Sweetwater Man Sentenced to 152 Years for Crimes Against Children

A Sweetwater man will spend the rest of his life behind bars after being sentenced to 152 years in prison. Forty-three-year-old David Saenz-Quintana was convicted of multiple crimes against children following an investigation that began in 2025 after an FBI cyber tip. He was arrested May 1, 2025, and formally sentenced March 27. Authorities say the case was handled by the Taylor County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigative Division.
