New Martin Luther King Jr. Mural to Be Unveiled Along Loop 306 in San Angelo

A new mural honoring Martin Luther King Jr. will be installed Tuesday along Loop 306 in San Angelo, led by Loop Us Together president Evelyn Smith. The mural, designed by artist Crystal Goodman, features King’s likeness alongside a message promoting unity and equality. The project cost about $32,000 and was funded through donations, including support from the San Angelo Health Foundation and Keep America Beautiful. Smith says the goal is to inspire peace and bring the community together.
