Buc-ee’s is famous across Texas for its clean restrooms and massive selection of snacks — but the popular highway stop chain recently received a failing grade from the Better Business Bureau’s Houston office.
The BBB gave 33 Buc-ee’s locations an “F” rating, citing customer complaints about difficulty contacting the company. Investigators say the chain does not list phone numbers for its stores on its website, making it harder for customers to resolve issues directly.
BBB ratings are based on several factors including complaint responses and transparency with customers.
