Cold Front Heads To The Concho Valley

A strong cold front is set to sweep through the Concho Valley this weekend, bringing the first real taste of winter. The National Weather Service says temperatures will drop sharply Saturday into Sunday, with wind chills dipping into the teens and 20s early next week. Forecasters say there’s a slight chance—less than 25%—of a light wintry mix, but they’re keeping an eye on it. Expect highs to tumble from the mid-70s Saturday to the 40s on Sunday before slowly warming again by midweek.
