David Earl Rogers, a Texas 10 Most Wanted fugitive, was arrested in Converse on April 28. The 56-year-old had been on the run since December 2024, wanted for aggravated assault, assaulting a family member, and interfering with emergency assistance. He was found at a home by the U.S. Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force after a lengthy investigation. Rogers has a history of multiple criminal charges in Bexar County, including assault and drug offenses. Despite being added to the wanted list recently, his arrest didn’t lead to any tips, so the $3,000 reward remains unclaimed.
