Tom Green County Deputies Receive Life-Saving Trauma Kits from National Nonprofit

The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office is thanking the Spirit of Blue Foundation for a donation of 60 trauma kits for deputies. The M-PAK mini kits are designed to help officers respond to serious injuries in the field. Sheriff’s officials say the kits will improve their ability to save lives during emergencies. The donation came from the nonprofit organization based in Portland, Oregon. Deputies say they hope the kits are never needed, but they’re grateful to be better prepared. The sheriff’s office thanked the foundation on behalf of the entire Concho Valley.
