Eldorado Young Life Nears Goal to Give Local Teens a Permanent Home

Eldorado Young Life is working to raise money to purchase a building that would give the youth ministry a permanent home. The organization has used locations like school gyms and outdoor areas in the past and is currently leasing a building that’s now for sale. Leaders say owning the space would give local teens a sense of stability and belonging. The group’s goal is to raise $40,000 by June 1, and they’ve already brought in more than half of that amount. Fundraisers and an open house planned for April will help close the gap. Donations can be made online or by mail through the Eldorado Ministerial Alliance.
