A San Angelo man is in jail after investigators say he set fire to two homes and led police on a chase. Tom Green County deputies arrested 42‑year‑old Jessie Holleman on charges including arson, evading arrest, and endangering a child. Authorities were called to a property on FM 2166 where two houses were already burning, and Holleman had fled in a pickup truck. Deputies pursued him as he swerved on the road, eventually stopping him after he crashed into a fence and ran toward officers. He was taken into custody after being tased and treated at a hospital. Court documents say a teenager inside one home escaped safely after Holleman allegedly set furniture on fire.
