Truck Bursts Into Flames on North Bryant Boulevard, Causing Traffic Delays

Traffic on North Bryant Boulevard slowed Friday evening after a truck burst into flames while the owner was working on it. Thick black smoke could be seen from the 3700 block around 5:30 p.m., and firefighters arrived quickly to put out the blaze. No injuries were reported, but lanes were temporarily shut down or reduced as drivers passed the scene. The truck was heavily damaged, and the cause of the fire is still being investigated.
