A San Angelo woman has died following a two-vehicle crash in Tom Green County Wednesday morning.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the collision happened around 7:30 a.m. on U.S. Highway 277 near FM 2105. Authorities say 48-year-old Lee Ann Cauley of San Angelo was pronounced dead from injuries sustained in the crash.
One other person involved was transported to the hospital with injuries. The roadway was temporarily shut down as first responders worked the scene.
DPS says the crash remains under investigation.
