The Central Bobcats will go for back to back district wins and could put themselves into a tie for second-place in district with a win on Friday night at winless Odessa High. The Bronchos are 0-8 for the season and 0-3 in district and have been outscored 141-34 in three district games. The Bobcats are 4-4 overall. With a win on Friday at Big Spring, the Lake View Chiefs will have a chance to win the district title. Lake View is coming off their first district win since 2021 in a 42-14 win over Pecos.
