61-Year-Old Man Arrested For Alleged Assault

A 61-year-old San Angelo man has been arrested after he allegedly assaulted one person and chased another with a metal pipe following an argument sparked over trash and a bike, according to an affidavit. The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office inmate roster states that Tommy Turner was booked into the Tom Green County Detention Center at 3:08 a.m. on June 25. Turner is held there on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon as well as a parole violation.
