The Women’s College World Series national championship series is headed for a winner-take-all Game 3 tonight. Texas Tech held on to a 4-3 victory over Texas in Oklahoma City to even the series at 1-1 to force the seventh Game 3 in WCWS history. Texas Tech scored two runs in the sixth inning and led 4-1 going into the seventh inning but Texas answered with two runs and had the tying run on at third base before the final out. The winner of tonight’s game between the Lone Star State rivals will be the national champion in softball for the first time ever. First pitch at 7pm in OKC and you can hear the game on 1260AM KKSA.
